MULTI-YEAR PLEDGES

Your pledge of a donation to CAMA is simply a written commitment to pay a specified amount sometime in the future — and it may be paid annually, quarterly or monthly over one to five years. Pledges can be applied yearly as part of Annual Giving or to CAMA's Endowment Campaign.

A contributor may establish a bona fide pledge as part of Annual Giving or to the Endowment Campaign by completing and signing either (1) a personal letter addressed to CAMA spelling out the specifics of a pledge or (2) a pledge form provided by the CAMA office.

Pledges are of benefit to contributors and to CAMA as they afford the opportunity for donors to make substantial gifts payable over a convenient period, up to five years.

When must pledges be paid? We request that commitments of less than $200 be paid within twelve (12) months of the date of the pledge; larger pledges within five (5) years. Pledges may be paid on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis, as noted on the schedule below. CAMA will send a reminder statement to each donor 30 days in advance of the date each pledge payment is due.
