A contributor may establish a bona fide pledge as part of Annual Giving or to the Endowment Campaign by completing and signing either (1) a personal letter addressed to CAMA spelling out the specifics of a pledge or (2) a pledge form provided by the CAMA office or |complete this form|. Pledges — especially ones payable over multiple years — are to be encouraged, because they afford contributors an opportunity to make far more substantial gifts than if they were committed to paying in full within a single year. Pledges may be paid over a period of up to five years — except that no five-year pledge should be accepted for an amount less than $1,000. When must pledges be paid? Commitments of less than $200 are payable within twleve (12) months of the date of the pledge. Pledges may be paid on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis, as noted on the schedule below. CAMA will send a reminder statement to each donor 30 days in advance of the date each pledge payment is due. Summary
